No, we have a minimum charge of one hour after that we charge in increments of 15 mins depending on how long we are at the property.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment for visits are taken on the day by the engineer on site via the iPad app or you can pay on the phone via the office.

Whilst we try to fix everything in one visit this isn't always possible and depends on the complexity of the job. All fault finding and testing is charged by the hour.
