In these circumstances, we charge a fixed hourly rate that includes any investigation time along with any time required to complete the work.

We’re a Gas Safe supplier, which means you can rely on the competence of our engineers. As for our electricians, they are all NICEIC-registered with Part P and 18th edition and City & Guilds-qualified.

We are NICEIC-approved domestic installers. The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting is one of the main regulatory bodies for electricians in the UK.

We also provide a twelve-month guarantee on all our work, repairs and installations, so you can come to ask for a quote with confidence.

No, we have a minimum charge of one hour after that we charge in increments of 15 mins depending on how long we are at the property.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment for visits are taken on the day by the engineer on site via the iPad app or you can pay on the phone via the office.

We will arrange a two-hour appointment window with you. Your engineer will then phone you in advance so you know they’re on their way. This helps you plan your day around our engineer requiring access to your property.

Yes, as key front line workers we can attend your property. We ask for socially distanced visits. All our engineers have branded PPE which is worn all the time they are on the property.

Yes, when our engineers arrive at your home, they’ll be fully briefed on the problem and ready to tackle it in a professional and speedy manner. We carry the basic, most common spare parts. If the part required is specialist this may need to be ordered in and a second visit booked.

Whilst we try to fix everything in one visit this isn't always possible and depends on the complexity of the job. All fault finding and testing is charged by the hour.
